This combination is used to treat

Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the action of cyclooxygenase COX enzymes which are involved in the production of prostaglandins compounds responsible for pain and inflammation
Paracetamol acts mainly in the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever
Dosage
Commonly 1 tablet twice daily every 12 hours after meals

Liver toxicity especially with prolonged use or overdose
