This is a combination medicine commonly used to treat acid reflux, GERD, indigestion, and gastric motility disorders.
Each capsule usually contains:
Esomeprazole (Enteric-Coated) a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production.
Domperidone (Sustained Release) a prokinetic agent that helps move food through the stomach more efficiently and prevents nausea.

Esomeprazole 20 mg or 40 mg
Domperidone 30 mg SR (Sustained Release)
Prescribed for:
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Acid reflux
Heartburn
Indigestion

Dose: One capsule once daily, usually before breakfast
Route: Oral

Esomeprazole:
Headache
Constipation or diarrhea
Flatulence
Abdominal pain
Long-term use: risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, magnesium deficiency, or bone fractures
Domperidone:
Dry mouth
Abdominal cramps
Drowsiness (rare)
Increased risk of irregular heartbeat (especially in older adults or those with heart conditions)
Inform your doctor if you have:
Liver disease

Electrolyte imbalance (low potassium or magnesium)

Avoid in:
