Usual adult dose: One capsule once or twice daily, before meals, usually 30ï60 minutes before breakfast
Duration: As advised by your doctor, typically for a few weeks to months depending on severity
Esomeprazole-related:
Headache
Constipation or diarrhea
Flatulence
Low magnesium (with long-term use)
Levosulpiride-related:
Drowsiness
Fatigue
Increased prolactin levels (can cause breast tenderness or menstrual changes)
Rare: Parkinson-like symptoms (if used long-term or at high doses)
