Take at the same time each day for best results
Use with caution in:
Patients with cardiac arrhythmias or QT prolongation
Those on antifungals, macrolide antibiotics, or SSRIs (possible drug interactions)
Long-term PPI use may lead to:
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Hypomagnesemia
Increased fracture risk
Not recommended in:
Moderate to severe hepatic impairment (Domperidone)
Children under 12 years (unless specified by a doctor)

Domperidone:
Avoid with ketoconazole, erythromycin, fluconazole increases QT risk
QT-prolonging drugs should be avoided
Rabeprazole:
May reduce absorption of iron, calcium, Vitamin B12, and certain antifungals (e.g., itraconazole)
Caution with warfarin, digoxin, and clopidogrel
Store at room temperature (1525C)
Protect from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight
Keep out of reach of children
