This is a multi-symptom cold and flu relief tablet, combining:

• Paracetamol “ an antipyretic and analgesic

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride “ a nasal decongestant

• Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride “ a sedating antihistamine and cough suppressant

• Caffeine “ a stimulant to counteract drowsiness and enhance analgesic effect

This combination is used for fast relief from cold, flu, sinusitis, and allergy symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and cough.
