About Paracetamol Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride & Caffeine Tablets

This is a multi-symptom cold and flu relief tablet, combining:

• Paracetamol an antipyretic and analgesic

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride a nasal decongestant

• Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride a sedating antihistamine and cough suppressant

• Caffeine a stimulant to counteract drowsiness and enhance analgesic effect

This combination is used for fast relief from cold, flu, sinusitis, and allergy symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and cough.

Typical Composition (per tablet):

Uses / Indications:

• Common cold & flu symptoms

• Headache, body ache

• Nasal congestion & sinus pressure

• Allergic rhinitis symptoms (sneezing, runny nose)

• Dry or irritating cough

• Fever and fatigue

Dosage & Administration:

Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol increases drowsiness and liver toxicity risk

• Not to be taken with other medications containing paracetamol

• Use with caution in:

  • Hypertension

  • Heart disease

  • Glaucoma

  • Asthma or COPD

  • Enlarged prostate
