A dual-action antiallergic combination used for the management of respiratory and nasal allergies. It combines:
Levocetirizine a third-generation non-sedating antihistamine that blocks histamine (H1) receptors to relieve allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching.
Montelukast a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and bronchoconstriction caused by allergens.

Patients with renal impairment (adjust Levocetirizine dose)
History of psychiatric disorders (Montelukast-related mood changes)
