Take with or without food
Swallow whole with water
Avoid operating machinery or driving after taking the tablet
CNS depression: May cause drowsiness, dizziness
Elderly patients: Increased risk of sedation and confusion
Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants
Not recommended in pregnancy (especially 1st trimester) unless clearly needed
Use with caution in renal or hepatic impairment
May prolong QT interval in susceptible individuals
