A combination medication containing:
Rabeprazole Sodium (Enteric Coated) ï a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid secretion, helping heal and prevent acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.
Domperidone (Sustained Release) ï a prokinetic agent that promotes gastric emptying and helps relieve nausea and vomiting.
This combination is commonly used to manage acid reflux, GERD, dyspepsia, and gastric motility disorders.

Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.
Take consistently at the same time each day.
Use cautiously in patients with:
Liver impairment
Prolonged QT interval or cardiac arrhythmias (due to Domperidone)
Electrolyte imbalances
Avoid use in children below 12 years (dose adjustments may be necessary)
Inform physician about any other medications, especially those affecting heart rhythm
