Product Description

This is a dual-action gastrointestinal therapy combining:

  • Pantoprazole “ a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces excess stomach acid

  • Domperidone “ a prokinetic agent that enhances gastric motility and prevents nausea

It is used primarily to treat acid reflux, GERD, functional dyspepsia, and associated nausea or bloating.

Uses / Indications:

  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

  • Functional dyspepsia

  • Heartburn and acid peptic disorders

  • Nausea and bloating due to gastric stasis

  • Peptic ulcers

  • Prevention of NSAID-induced gastritis


🊠Dosage & Administration:

Typical Adult Dose 1 capsule once daily, preferably before breakfast
Mode of Intake Swallow whole; do not chew or crush
Duration Usually 4“8 weeks, or as advised by physician

For best efficacy, take 30“60 minutes before meals


šï Precautions:

  • Not recommended for long-term use without medical supervision

  • Caution in elderly patients and those with:

    • QT prolongation or cardiac arrhythmia risk

    • Hepatic or renal impairment

  • Monitor magnesium, calcium, B12 levels in long-term PPI use

  • Rule out gastric malignancy before long-term acid suppression

  • Avoid co-use with macrolides, azole antifungals, or antipsychotics (risk of QT prolongation)
