This is a multi-action cough syrup used for treating productive (wet) cough associated with conditions like bronchitis, asthma, and respiratory tract infections. It combines:
Ambroxol Hydrochloride a mucolytic that breaks down mucus.
Terbutaline Sulphate a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.
Guaiphenesin an expectorant that loosens phlegm.
