This is a multi-action cough syrup used for treating productive (wet) cough associated with conditions like bronchitis, asthma, and respiratory tract infections. It combines:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride a mucolytic that breaks down mucus.

• Terbutaline Sulphate a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.

• Guaiphenesin an expectorant that loosens phlegm.

• Menthol provides a soothing, cooling effect on the throat.

Typical Composition (per 5 ml):

Uses / Indications:

• Productive/wet cough

• Bronchial asthma

• Acute or chronic bronchitis

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Respiratory tract infections with mucus production

Dosage & Administration:

Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cup provided.
Best taken after meals.

Precautions:

• Use with caution in:

  • Patients with cardiac conditions, hypertension, or diabetes (due to Terbutaline)

  • Peptic ulcer or gastric irritation (due to Guaiphenesin)
