This is a multi-action cough syrup used for treating productive (wet) cough associated with conditions like bronchitis, asthma, and respiratory tract infections. It combines:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride “ a mucolytic that breaks down mucus.

• Terbutaline Sulphate “ a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles.

• Guaiphenesin “ an expectorant that loosens phlegm.
