A combination of:
Bilastine: A second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to relieve allergy symptoms.
Montelukast: A leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and bronchoconstriction in allergic conditions.
Together, they are used to treat allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and asthma-related symptoms.

Montelukast: Rare association with neuropsychiatric symptoms (agitation, depression, vivid dreams monitor closely)
Not intended for acute asthma attacks
Avoid grapefruit juice with bilastine reduces absorption
Safe in children only if prescribed under appropriate pediatric dosage
