Composition (per 5 ml of syrup):

• Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride IP “ 2 mg

• Tricholine Citrate “ Equivalent to Choline Citrate 275 mg

• Sorbitol Solution 70% IP “ q.s.

Description of Active Ingredients:

• Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride is a first-generation antihistamine with additional antiserotonergic properties. It is commonly used to stimulate appetite and promote weight gain in undernourished patients.

• Tricholine Citrate is a lipotropic agent that helps in reducing fat accumulation in the liver and promotes hepatic function by aiding in fat metabolism and bile flow. It also contributes to improved liver health.

• Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol that acts as an osmotic laxative. It also enhances palatability and may aid digestion in patients with constipation or sluggish bowel movements.
